1. Relationship Manager
Responsibility :
- Handle customers account (incl customer enquiries and complaints)
- Establish and maintain relationship with customers
- Integrate products/services with customers needs
- Deliver and ensure outstanding customers services
- Deliver fast and excellent solutions to customers
- Actively market and promote company products and services
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of relationship management or customer service experiences in any industry, preferably in services industry : banking, finance, hotel, telecommunication, etc
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from a reputable university
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent, and have integrity
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Strong personality, communication skill, good appearance and pleasent personality, hard worker, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, Excel, Power point)
2. Finance And Accounting Officer
Responsibility :
- responsible for controlling finance and accounting function including Budgeting to effectively support smooth operation and future growth of business
- Prepare invoice and collecting payment from customer including dealing with bad debt customer
- Prepare cash and bank transaction; cash and bank daily and monthly report
- Check and verify incoming invoices & input them to the accurate system
- Preparing payment to supplier and subcontractor according to due date
- Consolidate and monitoring projects expenditures
- Prepare tax recapitulation and coordinate with tax consultant
- Making financial report and financial report analysis
- Ensure that very activity is being conducted in compliance to the policy and regulations that apply
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in accounting or financial management from a reputable university
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent, and have integrity
- Strong personality, communication skill, good appearance and pleasent personality, hard worker, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision
- Excellent understanding of finance & accounting also tax function and activities
- Has experience to handle full set of accounts, cash flow management, budgeting. and reconciliations of financial statement
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, excel) and other proficient related software (incluidng accounting software)
- Competent in english proficiency
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
3. Project Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, budget and finalize project according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Ensure the project fulfill with the quality requirement. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members, managing workers and sub contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan
- Work closely with project management team which includes architects, interior designers, and engineers to produce conceptual design phase, schematic design phase and detailed design phase of a project
- Handling user complaints regarding related project
Requirements :
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university
- Experience in building housing projects
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, Excel) and other proficient related software (AutoCAD)
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent, and have integrity
- Strong personality, communication skill, good appearance and pleasant personality, hard worker, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision
- Good analytical thingking and interpersonal skills
4. Marketing Executive (in-House) or Customer Relationship Officer
Responsibilities :
- Serve customer start from products presentation to prospective customer, and handle customer requirements until the products finished and handed over to customer
- Handle customer complaints as a part of after sales services
- No sales target
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in amajor from reputable university Civil Engineering or Architectural graduate is preferable
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent, and have integrity
- Strong personality, communication skill, good appearance and pleasant personality, hard worker, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, Excel, Power point)
- Fluency in English both oral and writing
