Requirement :
1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable universities
2. Open for ALL MAJOR, preferably from :
a. MT-ENG : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Engineering, Material Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering
b. MT-HR : Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering
c. MT-FA : Accounting, Finance Management
d. MT-SM : Marketing Management
3. Fresh graduated or maximum 2 years working experience
4. Maximum age of 25 years old
5. Proactive, dynamic, and highly motivated
6. Good communication and interpersonal skill
7. Involved actively in both academic and non-academic activity student organization
